The Corporate Coaching approach used by ExecPointe associates is based upon the understanding that the group to be coached is ready as a collective entity to carry their roles within the organization to the next level.  To do this, we facilitate the following;

• Assess the inter-personal structure of the group and identify specific "strength" and "growth" areas.
• Design one-on-one sessions with each team member
• Encourage the optimum development of communication skills within the group
• Identify key corporate cultural align issues and solutions
  
• Chart the coaching process for the entire group with all inter-related factors
