At ExecPointe, our one-on-one Leadership Consultation and Coaching is synonymous with the term 'Executive Coaching' except that we also apply the coaching methods used primarily for executives on those who have leadership roles within their businesses but may not use the 'executive' title - such as those in the Medical or Legal fields.
Leadership Consultation and Coaching is usually utilized by HIGH FUNCTIONING adults who would consider themselves "content" but sometimes find themselves blocked from maximizing their potential in life or in business.
The Leadership Consulting and Coaching process increases the leader's engagement with his/her work by providing a safe place for the leader to explore roadblocks that he/she may be experiencing at a certain point in his/her career. These roadblocks are much more common that most would like to admit and are often dismissed with comments such as "I just need a vacation" or by the ineffective use of truth management. Neither of these methods solve the issues the leader is experiencing at that point and the leader eventually finds himself/herself feeling "stuck".
Our Leadership Consulting and Coaching sessions are carried out using very specialized programs that are formulated based on the client's goals. These goals are always set by the client. Leadership Coaching sessions are conducted at the client's site on a one-on-one basis and are initiated either through the corporation's HR department or directly by the leader.
