Ayshah Victoria Powers specializes in leadership and business management consultation and coaching. With a background in psychology and corporate business practices including real estate, public relations, marketing and operations management, Ayshah has developed a strong ability to evaluate problem areas within a given environment and systematically assess how the processes in place can be improved. This applies to a business organization as well as individual personal development.

Ayshah essentially partners with business leaders who are boldly committed to building valuable relationships and developing significant strategic and sustainable goals. As a Leadership Consultant and Coach, Ayshah is adept at identifying the roadblocks that her client may be experiencing and provide the appropriate methodologies and climate in which to move forward with renewed passion and focus.

By nature, Ayshah is a nurturer and an encourager  as well as a results-driven task-master who brings these characteristics to her methods of consulting and coaching. She started her coaching career in relationship coaching and developed her expertise to include career and corporate coaching. 

Ayshah is also a founding member of the London2Atlanta Network and is an expert in making viable and unique introductions, connecting individual members and businesses between London (her former hometown) and Atlanta. Ayshah is involved in several philanthropic ventures and has a keen interest in empowering younger generations to recognize, understand and utilize their natural abilities. 

Married since 1997, Ayshah lives in Atlanta with her husband, a Lean Sensei consultant with a leading financial improvement corporation and prior US Marine. In her free time, Ayshah enjoys traveling, writing, hiking, dancing, spa retreats, cooking and entertaining family and friends at home.
