Ayshah V. Powers specializes in leadership and business coaching. With a background in psychology and corporate business practices including real estate, marketing and operations management, Ayshah has developed a strong ability to evaluate problem areas within a given environment and systematically assess how the processes in place can be enhanced. This applies to a business organization as well as individual personal development planning.


Ayshah essentially partners with other business leaders who are boldly committed to building valuable relationships and developing significant strategic and sustainable goals. As a leadership coach, Ayshah is adept at identifying the roadblocks that her client may be experiencing and provide the appropriate methodologies and climate in which to move forward with renewed passion and focus.

By nature, Ayshah is a nurturer and an encourager  as well as a results-driven task-master who brings these characteristics to her methods of coaching. She started her coaching career in relationship coaching and developed her expertise to include career and corporate coaching. 

Ayshah's home base is London, England but she comes from a vastly internationally diverse background as the daughter of a career diplomat  and a kindergarden school principal.  She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband of 13 years and their dogs, Zeke, a "Chow-Pherd" (German-Shepherd/Chow mix) and Chelsea, a Maltese.  In her free time, Ayshah enjoys traveling, writing, hiking, (latin) dancing, spa retreats, entertaining at home and spending time with family.
